ROUNDO was formed in 1964, and has since delivered almost 16 000 machines to satisfied customers around the globe. The company is still in the hands of its original owners. This has provided a stability and continuity that is unique in our industry. ROUNDO is currently represented throughout the world. ROUNDO machines are world-renowned for outstanding performance, reliability and quality.

Dedication and Know-how

ROUNDO has a team of over 75 dedicated full-time employees. They are capable of shipping over 300 machines per year, of which 97% are exported around the world. ROUNDO engineers and technicians employ cutting-edge technologies and renowned Swedish technical skills and know-how. The result is products that represent quality, performance and reliability unique on the global market.

Main Plant - 65,000 Sq. Ft. Office space with design, sales, marketing, financial and purchase departments and state of the art workshop. ROUNDO has full control over all parts of the production process, from welding and machining to assembly.	Welding shop - 45,000 Sq. Ft. Close to the main plant ROUNDO has their own welding shop where all welding as well as the extremely heavy mechanical work is performed. ROUNDO machines are built from the ground up.

ROUNDO Specialty Machines
ROUNDO is famous throughout the world for providing a range of advanced, specialized machines for plate and section bending and plate forming. These machines include everything from adaptations of our standard machines to unique specialized machines for working with customized products or solutions.

ROUNDO type PM machines (seen on left) are designed for large production runs of cylinders. Designed for plate thicknesses of up to 1/2" and widths up to 6.5'. Features include automatic ejection of the finished product and auto-material sensing device. Both horizontal and vertical versions are available!

ROUNDO Beam Benders (as seen below left) are designed for the bending of I, U and H beams the hard way. With three standard sizes capable of bending beams of up to 44" in width or section modules of 1200 cubic inches. 

ROUNDO Plate Levelers (seen on right) are plate straightening machines designed for the straightening of plates. Models range in size and capacity from 14 gauge up to 1-9/16" with widths up to 13'.  Models are produced with either 5, 7 or 9 rolls depending on the tolerance requirements available in both horizontal and vertical versions.

ROUNDO flanging machines (seen on right) are designed for the flanging of rolled cylinders. Available in diameters up to 118" and plate thicknesses of up to 5/16".

ROUNDO welding positioners (seen below left) offer safe and stable design, comfortable positioning, variable speed of rotation and can actually reduce the time spent on welding by 70%! Available in capacities for loads from 2,250 lbs. to 78,700 lbs.
