Fully integrated machined-flat punching cylinder guided by high-density bronze bushing ensuring proper punch and die alignment. Heavy duty "Swing-away" punch stripper with sight window and stripper inserts/ Quick-change "self aligning" retaining nut system A large machined gauge table with scales,guide bars and bearings for smooth positioning is standard on all models. The table is securely mounted to the dual-opening structual die block. T-Slot bolster for rapid change out of optional accessories. Sandwich style frame with robust welding and fully bolted construction featuring internally gibbed slide featuring high-density bronze bushings with advanced lubrication system. Convenient storage area for tooling, punches and dies. Sunrise Ironworkers only use name-brand hydraulic components including TECO Motors, as well as suction strainers and return-line filters to insure incredible performance and longevity. Angle shear station with no slugg loss. 45' miter for angles. Moving blade featuring 2 cutting surfaces and 4 cutting surfaces on lower blades. Round and Square Bar Shearing station with adjustable hold-down and quick-change of cutting blades. Optional blades for channel, beam and structural steel. Plate Shear with adjustable hold-down, variable degree angle miter cutting and support table with adjustable guides. Raked upper plate shear blade provides minimal distortion. Lower blade with 4 cutting edges. Built-in Notching station. Includes machined-flat gauging table and electrically interlocked safety guard for maximum safety and visability. Sunrise Ironworkers use only name-brand electrical components including Siemens and Telemecanique to ensure the greatest reliability, performance and product availability

The dual-cylinder "IW" series ironworkers are built with the SUNRISE tradition of well engineered products for high power, quality and reliability at an incredible price. SUNRISE ironworkers have two-stage foot pedals so separate punching and shearing operations can be safely performed simultaneously without interference. The low pressure setting for tool change and spotting provides maximum operator safety. The long cylinder stroke and deep throat enable mounting a wide range of special equipment. The large punching base with the "T-slot" provides a solid base for securing the punch tooling, as well as a wide range of optional and custom designed tooling.

Trilogy Machinery will offer 100% factory authorized service and support as well as a full stock of spare parts and accessories.
