SUNRISE K-Series Hydraulic Ironworkers

Sunrise Fluid Power Inc. has been manufacturing hydraulic products and equipment for more than 23 years.

Introduced in 2004, the K-Series is a special designed ironworker with vertical movement on all stations. The entire main slide moves in an up and down motion to provide optimum results for punching, shearing, notching and bending. Hydraulic shearing hold-downs are STANDARD on Models 66K, 66KB, 95KD and 135KD. The very fast stroke speed greatly improves the efficiency. This model incorporates versatility, efficiency, accuracy and ease of use at an excellent price.

SUNRISE IW-50K	SUNRISE IW-66K	SUNRISE IW-66KB

The IW-50K is a compact ironworker that comes complete with a notcher. The frame recess below the punching station allows punching on the flange of large size channel or beam profiles.	The IW-66K is equipped with hydraulic hold-down for the shearing stations and electric backgauge as standard equipment. It is a great choice for those who require a fully featured machine with higher capacity yet compact in size.	The IW-66KB is the latest member of the popular K-Series ironworkers by SUNRISE. The 66KB includes an integrated 12" press brake with full gauging system at a comfortable working height as well as optional hydraulic hold-down for all shearing.
SUNRISE IW-95KD	SUNRISE IW-135KD

The IW-95KD further adds to the 66K as a true dual-cylinder ironworker. Furthermore, the 95KD features hydraulic hold-downs for the shearing stations and an electric back gauge as standard equipment.	The IW-135KD features the same vertical movements on all stations, common to all K-series models to ensure minimal material deformation during shearing and notching. The IW-135KD ironworker is a heavy duty machine built for the toughest working conditions providing strength and durability for years of top quality punching, shearing and notching operations.
