SUNRISE Model SMP are punching
machines specially designed for thin sheet metal under 3/16"
thick, and feature a tool-free quick change punching system.
The SMP
is available in two sizes: 27 and 38 Tons and feature specially
designed hydraulic cylinders which enable the machine to
retract faster, achieving speeds of up to 60 punches per
minute at 3/16" stroke.
Features:
- Standard 20 x 40" gauge
table.
- Uses short stroke for
normal punching. Switches to long stroke for changing
tools.
- Quick change nut system -
simply turn the nut by hand and pull down the punch.
- Quick change die system -
simply lift the lever and pull out the die.
- Multiple flip-stops on X
axis allow positioning can be turned on/ off in seconds
by a lift and twist of the stopper pin.
- A wide variety of Trumpf
standard tooling are available for different punching
needs.
- Includes a die bushing for
switching from OD 100mm die to OD 60mm die.
- Digital readout for
positioning of the Y Axis.
- Convenient storage cabinet
for punch and die.
